In the name of the 30 years' history of the Ragnar Granit Institute,
it is established the Ragnar Granit Alumni. It is the purpose of the Alumni to strengthen
the contacts between those who graduated from the Ragnar Granit Institute. The RGI Alumni
may help the industry get new employees from the RGI graduates or find students to make
diploma theses in industry. The Institute hopes to get information on joint applied research
projects with the industry, information on new directions of the education and feedback of its
present education program. The RGI will be glad to inform about its present research and education
to the members of the Alumni.
Dr. Tech. Mari Varjonen from Planmed Ltd has promised to serve as President
